Account & sign-in
Having trouble signing in with Apple or email? Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with. If you used Hide My Email with Apple, keep using that private relay address.
Challenges & invites
Create a challenge from the + button, then invite friends with a link or from your contacts (with permission). Public challenges appear in the Public feed so others can join.
Check-ins & proof
Check in with a photo or note so your crew can see you showed up. Proof visibility follows the challenge settings — only share what you're okay with others seeing.
Notifications
Reminders and social alerts need notification permission on your device. You can turn them off anytime in iOS Settings → ShowUp → Notifications. Account and security emails may still arrive.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile → delete account. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll help. See our Privacy Policy for what gets removed.
Report abuse
If someone is harassing others, faking proof in a harmful way, or breaking community rules, email us with details (and screenshots if you can). We'll review and take action.
