Community Guidelines

ShowUp is for people who want to build habits with real accountability. These guidelines keep the community safe and useful.
Be respectful
- Encourage each other. No harassment, hate, bullying, or threats.
Keep it real
- Check-ins and proof should reflect genuine participation. Don't fake proof to mislead your crew.
Share responsibly
- Only post photos/notes you're okay sharing with challenge members (and wider audiences if the challenge is public/discoverable).
- Don't post private information about others without consent.
No harmful content
- No illegal activity, sexual content involving minors, pornography, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm, scams, or dangerous behavior.
No spam or impersonation
- Don't mass-invite strangers, scam users, or pretend to be someone else.
Report problems
If you see abuse, contact showup.app@outlook.com. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules.
Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, or account termination. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
